HOW TO APPLY

The Software Category Nominees'are appointed by the Nomination Committee, based on reviews and recommendations from our global community.

ELIGIBILITY

• All nominated software must be available in the English language.

• All nominated software must have more than 20 reviews on at least one reputable software review website.

• All nominated software must be recognized by the Nominating Committee as useful for PMOs.

• Companies whose products are nominated for the Software Category are not required to pay any fees or sponsorship.

NOMINEES DEFINITION

This category is not opened for applications.

The nominees will be appointed by the Nominating Committee, composed of professionals from several countries.

These nominations will be based on an extensive review of the potential nominees.

A nominee can be nominated for more than one award in the Software category.

COMPETITION FORMAT

The three awards of the Software Category have their evaluation process organized into three stages: Qualifying, Semi-Finals and Final.

The Awards Semi-Finalists will be announced on July 31st, 2021.

The Awards finalists will be announced on August 31st, 2021.

The three awards winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on November 12th, 2021.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

STAGE 1 - Qualifying

1.1) REVIEWS ON REPUTABLE WEBSITES

This criterion analyzes how the software is overall rated by the worldwide community on websites that specialize in reviews.
Weight: 100%

STAGE 2 - Semi-Finals

2.1) DETAILED REVIEWS ON REPUTABLE WEBSITES

This criterion analyzes how the software is rated by the worldwide community on websites that specialize in reviews. The following aspects will be considered:

2.2) NUMBER OF PMOs THAT HAVE ADOPTED THE SOFTWARE

This criterion analyzes the number of PMOs that have adopted the software within the following universe of PMOs:

STAGE 3 - Final

3.1) POPULAR VOTING

Members of the PMOGA community will be invited to vote for their favorite nominees. The final score in this criterion will be given by the total votes obtained by each nominee.
Weight: 30%

3.2) COMMUNITY REVIEW

Experienced members of the PMOGA community with practical experience in using each solution under evaluation will be invited to provide their feedback on each nominee. The consolidation of these evaluations will establish a final score for the nominees.
Weight: 70%

GENERAL RULES

All finalists will receive a digital certificate. PMO Global Awards glass trophies will be opptionally offered to the finalists.

Finalists will have distinguished participation in the 2021 PMO Global Awards Experience Online Conference, which will take place in November 2021.

The schedule of the online conference and the involvement of these professionals as our special guests will be released in September 2021.

PMO Global Alliance will not reimburse any expense for assembling the Nomination Package, for any materials that may need to be created, or for any expense related to the Awards Ceremony, the PMO Global Awards Experience Conference or trophies.

PMO Global Alliance reserves the right within its sole discretion, and at any time up to the time of the presentation of the award, to determine that a nominee has become ineligible for the award.

PMO Global Alliance reserves the right to accept or reject applications; make or cancel an award, or change deadlines as circumstances dictate, always aiming to promote the PMO Global Awards quality and benefit the global PMO community.

PMO Global Alliance reserves the right to rescind an award if it is discovered that any information submitted as false or misleading.

Participants, finalists, and winners will be publicized through PMO Global Alliance (and its partners) communication channels and external media. Participants may also coordinate additional publicity with PMO Global Alliance.

The Nomination Package will be prepared by the Nomination Committee based on the category criteria.
